Yet again, we have heard from customers indicating they have received phone calls from someone asking them for their card and PIN number.  These callers devise a scheme to prompt you to answer the questions and then use your information to make fraudulent charges to your card.  The most important thing to remember is your bank knows your account number and won't call you and ask for it.  We will not ask for your PIN.  If you receive a suspicious call, contact a Customer Service Rep at 314-481-6800.
